Aliya Harvey Obituary Sadly, on Thursday, October 5, 2023, Aliya Jade Harvey, 17, of Jackson Center, Pennsylvania, passed away from injuries she received in a car accident alongside her best friend, Harmony Leige. The injuries that Harmony Leige sustained also claimed her life. July 18, 2006, was Aliya’s birthdate. Butler, Pennsylvania was the place of her birth.

In addition to attending studies at the Mercer County Career Center, Aliya was a senior at Lakeview High School. During her high school years, she received inductions into two national honor societies: the National Technical Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. Furthermore, she participated in other extracurricular activities such as Skills USA, Mock Trial, LEO Club, and Model United Nations, and was a member of the school’s Speech and Debate Team.

Aliya was a very lively and happy child who brought her love of poetry, music, and baking to everything she did. She was a really gifted musician as well. Many individuals who loved her will be grieving for her after she passes away. Aliya is survived by her mother, Tiffany Mullen; her father, Robert (Kylie) Harvey, Jr.; her siblings, Kaitlyn, Xavier, Isaiah, and Azarah; and her at-home “Bea,” Becky Quinn. Aliya refers to Becky Quinn as her “Bea.” She refers to Becky Quinn as “Bea”.

Her great-grandmother Nancy Sopher, grandmother Carroll (Darrell) Harvey, and grandfather Robert T. Harvey, Sr. are a few of the individuals that are able to continue her tradition. Her great-great-grandmother Carroll (Darrell) Harvey is also a member of this family.
