John Cena has faced all sorts of challenges during his time as a WWE Superstar. It appears that Fastlane will be quite a task for the 16x World Champion

John Cena and the Bloodline are in a feud right now. It appeared that a tag team match would go down at Fastlane, but then the unexpected happened.
AJ Styles was placed in that tag team match as John Cena’s partner, but then the Bloodline beat the stuffing out of him backstage. Only three men signed that Fastlane contract after that, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and John Cena without a partner.
During WWE RAW this week, it was noted that John Cena will “go it alone” and face Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa in a handicap match. That match is likely to change before the event.
We previously reported that WWE has big plans for LA Knight at Fastlane. That will likely see Knight added as Cena’s tag team partner, as long as he can get over that COVID test.
WWE Fastlane is going down on Saturday, October 7th, 2023, at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As a reminder, Ringside News will have live play-by-play coverage of the event, which will kick off at 8PM ET. You can access those results in our WWE RAW results section.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
